Sometimes mugs jump out of your hands particularly when you have sudsy, soapy hands and sadly I have not yet invented rubberized, unbreakable ceramics, so sometimes, even an Ezme mug will break. I have a mug bought from one of my favorite ceramics artists whose handle broke three years ago. We glued it back on with super glue and no kidding we still use it all the time in the dishwasher and microwave. In fact, it’s not readily apparent it was ever broken.
However, one of my customers had even a better idea after gluing the mug back together — he fashioned it into a hanging planter. This is an old design that I don’t do very often anymore called the “Rosie” mug. Cool! I love reuse and recycle!
