Well COVID-19 has pushed us all kicking and screaming (maybe that’s just me #mudslinger) into the virtual realm, but as a result some pretty cool things have opened up due to the technologies that are currently created and those force created due to the pandemic…
One thing is the Virtual Craft show. We all have websites to purchase goods off of and most have Etsy shops , but now we have to carefully nurture these sales avenues since in person shows have almost all dried up.
This weekend, November 14th and 15th from 10am-4pm, I will be participating in a virtual event through AMOCA (American Museum of Ceramics Art) . Click on the AMOCA link and on Saturday and Sunday, you can open a video chat window with me! I will be working in my studio at the Berkeley Potters Guild in clay on Saturday and on Sunday, I will be painting at my home studio. You can ask me questions or watch me work. Sort of a cool idea and it will be interesting to see how it all pans out. Hope to see you virtually there in my studio spaces!!
